Rang for an appointment but none left so was offered a call back. Spoke to duty doctor who arranged a prescription and gave me good advice.

Polite receptionists. - Was not finished and she asked for the next patient. Not happy.

There took time to help me. She was really helpful. The receptionists were very helpful and made me feel welcome.

Dr. Gillhooley doesn't listen properly-nice man though-I find Dr Smith excellent. Really listens and looks at you not at his computer so much as Dr. Gillhooley. Reception staff seem friendlier recently. Practice seems to be getting better -considered leaving recently, but Dr. Smith has given me renewed faith in Fusehill.
